Brittany Purdy Angeja has been a practicing therapist for 13 years and in private practice for eight. She loves working with individuals struggling with self-compassion, boundary issues, and mood disorders such as depression and anxiety. She has extensive background in working with trauma and utilizes a trauma-informed, eclectic approach with each client.

Brittany specializes in nervous system regulation and stress reduction, supporting clients in gently reconnecting with their bodies and finding their way out of chronic fight-or-flight or shut-down states. Through compassionate, body-based and emotional regulation practices, and by tuning into internal cues, clients are supported in restoring balance, widening their emotional and mental bandwidth, and meeting life with more ease and less reactivity. This work invites a deeper sense of calm, resilience, and capacity—helping people feel more grounded, present, and at home in themselves.

Brittany  brings a unique specialty in body and emotional regulation, offering a deeply attuned and integrative approach to healing across individual, family, couples, and group therapy. She especially enjoys working with children, families, and women, providing education and practical coping skills grounded in evidence-based modalities. By helping clients better understand and regulate their nervous systems, Brittany supports meaningful progress toward therapeutic goals and lasting emotional well-being.
